We want you to be happy with your purchase! Our policy allows returns, exchanges, or refunds within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

• Applies to all products purchased online.
• Markdown, bulk discount, end-of-range sale items, Black Friday sales, and gift vouchers are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be in their original packaging.
• Products must be unused and undamaged.
• All returns will be inspected.

Guarantee:
All products are guaranteed against defects. If you find a fault in stitching within 3 months, we’ll repair it. Report any defects within 3 days of receipt. Natural marks and slight imperfections from handmade processes are not considered defects.

Defective Products:
To report a defect, email us at [email protected] with a photo. Damage from normal wear, alterations, or misuse is not covered.

Refunds:
Refunds are not available for markdown, bulk discounted, or sale items. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days (shipping costs are not included).

Returning Your Product:
You can return items using your chosen courier or request us to arrange a return (you'll cover the courier cost).
